
The CSA (Customer Support Agreements) Program is beneficial and cost effective for our customers by allowing services to be tailored to meet their specific needs no matter what the model of equipment.
The service contracts “lock in” maintenance costs for the length of the contract giving specific costs for equipment maintenance. Maintenance and repairs can also be scheduled – allowing customers to avoid unexpected downtime.
NMC has many services to help maintain and extend the life of any equipment – including lube trucks, the S-O-S lab, total maintenance and repair, certified power train rebuild program, the NMC hydraulic repair center and the mobile air conditioning service. These services ensure equipment remains in top form.
If repairs are needed in the field, our field servicemen are highly qualified and specifically trained in all aspects of Caterpillar equipment. NMC has more than 55 field service vehicles equipped to meet the various needs of our customers. The heavy-duty, two-ton service trucks are specifically outfitted for fast and accurate repairs in the field.
