These air filtration systems consist of a specially designed Sullair portable compressor with a built-in high-capacity, low-approach aftercooler, a water/condensate trap and a highly efficient contaminant-removal system. Additional benefits include the portability of the system; they operate efficiently using no air to operate the aftercooler or filter system; they run quietly meeting EPA noise regulations of 76 dBA@ 7M; and, easy startup with no special set-up or preparation necessary at the work site.
There are several portable compressors with targeted designs for every need. The 1300H and 1600 portable compressors are all-weather and hold climate fluid, which ensures an easy start when the weather is cold. These compressors are capable of 90 to 150 PSIG operation.
The Sullair models 600H, 750, 750H, 750HH, 825, 900, 900H, 1050 package design is also an all-weather and holds all-climate fluid ensuring an easy start in cold climates. These portable compressors are oil-flooded rotary screw type, but not oil free. The capacity features vary and each of these compressors are capable of 80 to 150 PSIG operation.

Chilled Water Equipment Makes Start Up Easy
NMC offers chillers ranging from 5 to 400 tons, meeting a variety of needs. These machines are the source of choice for Nebraska’s contractors which makes start up easy. Units feature fork pocket skid for lifting. Each chiller has its own main circuit breaker and features a flow switch and other safeties. Applications include concrete cooling, temporary ice rinks, process enhancements, lube oil cooling, emer-gency cooling, cooling tower supplement and waste water cooling.
Currently, NMC has 300 ton chiller located at Con Agra’s data center. This chiller ensures them a storage box on its chassis for storage of hose, cable and fittings along with lockable bus bar access door to keep unauthorized personnel from accessing high voltage cables for added security.
